Introduction

Establish digital provenance for every organic commodity lot. Chain of Custody connects documents, shipments, suppliers, and verification results into a continuous traceability chain -- so you can prove exactly where a product came from, who handled it, and what checks were performed at every step.

From the original organic certificate through bill of lading, customs clearance, and final delivery, every link in the chain is tracked. Trace nodes are created automatically from document entity extraction, linking each piece of evidence to the corresponding supplier, shipment, and verification result.

The 30+ trace check engine runs continuously across the chain: BOL-to-certificate cross-referencing, port verification, route plausibility, volume reconciliation, date consistency, duplicate detection, and more. Any break in the chain or inconsistency is flagged immediately.
